Lacrosse has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I’m always diving into the nitty-gritty of the game, especially the rules and strategies that can make or break a match. Whether it’s breaking down the latest plays from professional games or explaining the more intricate rule changes, I love helping others understand the game at different levels. There’s just something so exciting about seeing players adapt strategies on the field, and I strive to share those insights so everyone can appreciate the beauty of lacrosse like I do.

Outside of lacrosse, I’m all about keeping life interesting. I’m a huge fan of classic rock music, and you can often find me strumming my old guitar in the evenings. It’s the perfect way to unwind after a long day. I also enjoy whipping up new recipes in the kitchen (my friends might say I’m a bit of a foodie) and trying out different takes on comfort food.
